About
Originally coming from Iran and raised in Sweden, Sara began an exploration of the body and thought connection during a time she was living in New York and was diagnosed with a breast tumor at the age of 23. She began to explore different lineages of Yoga and fell deeply devoted into the Kundalini Yoga practice and a few years later traveled to India to explore the lineage of Kundalini in the original eastern ways and felt blessed to find the Tantric Kashmir Yoga philosophy teachings from masters in deep devotion in India, Oaxaca and Costa Rica.
Under guidance she completed Kundalini Yoga level 1,2,3 in 2014 and her first 500 hours of Hatha Yoga study in 2016.
Over those years she had the great fortune to study with Stefano Allegri, Mario Corella and Richard Freeman.
What emerged after these years of exploration was a method she created named NLK, Non-Linear Kundalini a somatic method approach she create and it utilizes the principles of breath, movement, hypnotherapy, sound and meditation.
Sara is passionated about creating educational and creative tools that support both the cognitive understanding of behavioral patterns and their impact in our relations as well as the relationship to creativity.
